General Travel Instructions
1) Please carry your original Aadhaar card while traveling.
2) Wear modest and appropriate clothing in temple premises. Clothes should cover shoulders and knees; avoid shorts, sleeveless tops, or revealing attire.
3) Always take care of your belongings in crowded areas, especially ghats and temple premises. Pickpocketing can occur in busy lanes. The agency will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
4) Carry only the required amount of cash while visiting temples and markets. Use digital payments where possible and avoid displaying valuables or large amounts of money.
5) Hotel check-in and check-out times are fixed. Early check-in or late check-out must be informed in advance and will be charged extra as per hotel policy.
6) For budget-friendly and standard packages, meals are provided as a fixed menu and are not buffet-style. Ordering items outside the fixed menu will incur additional charges.
7) In case of any issues with the hotel or vehicle, our representative is available 24x7 for assistance. However, please note that between 23:00 hrs to 07:00 hrs, hotel services and vehicles are limited, so cooperation according to the situation is appreciated.
8) If any issue arises with the driver or hotel, please inform our team first for prompt resolution.
9) The vehicle is provided for point-to-point travel as per the itinerary. Any extra movement beyond the planned route will result in additional charges.
10) Please read, understand, and agree to our company's terms and conditions policy as detailed on our website to avoid any misunderstandings or disputes in the future.
11) The tour itinerary is flexible and will progress according to your own timing and pace spent at each temple or site. Due to crowd conditions and temple schedules, exact timings cannot be guaranteed, and no claims can be made for itinerary changes. Time management during the visit is your responsibility.
Payment Policy:-
A) 25% advance payment is required to book your trip. The due dates and times for subsequent installments will be informed to you in your final itinerary via our official email. However, under any circumstances, all due payments must be cleared before the day of departure.
B) The advance amount you have paid is used for booking your hotel, vehicle, passes, etc., and is non-refundable. However, it can be carried forward for a future trip if you inform us at least two weeks before the start of your originally scheduled trip.
C) In the case of 3-star and above properties, if you are not informed about the confirmation of your hotel, you can claim a full refund except for the charges of passes issued for temples (receipts will be provided).
D) The package price is defined based on the number of members in the group traveling. If any member cancels the trip, you must inform the travel agency at least two weeks before your departure date, and new rates will be provided accordingly. These new rates will not exceed your previous total amount, but you will not have the power to negotiate them.
E) If you are not confirmed about the number of members traveling, please obtain different rates from us in advance (e.g., rates for 4 pax, 5 pax, etc.).
F) If the group has any special conditions, they will be 100% catered to, but they must be informed in writing prior to making the advance payment.

1). Guptar Ghat :- A sacred ghat on the banks of the Sarayu River, where Lord Ram is believed to have taken Jal Samadhi. Devotees visit to seek peace and witness the serene riverfront.

1). Saryu Aarti at Naya Ghat :- Witness the divine evening aarti on the banks of the Sarayu River, as priests perform rituals with sacred chants and lamps.

Day 1: Ayodhya to Prayagraj to Chitrakoot :- Start early from Ayodhya after breakfast and embark on a spiritual and scenic journey towards Chitrakoot via Prayagraj.
