General Travel Instructions

  • Carry your original Aadhaar card while traveling.
  • Wear modest and appropriate clothing in temple premises. Clothes should cover shoulders and knees; avoid shorts and sleeveless tops.
  • Take care of your belongings in crowded areas, especially ghats and temple premises. The agency is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
  • Carry only the required amount of cash. Prefer digital payments and avoid displaying valuables.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are fixed. Early check-in or late check-out is chargeable.
  • Meals in budget-friendly and standard packages are fixed menu, not buffet-style. Extra items will be charged additionally.
  • Our representative is available 24x7. However, between 23:00 hrs to 07:00 hrs, hotel and vehicle services are limited.
  • In case of any issue with the driver or hotel, inform our team first for prompt resolution.
  • Vehicles are provided for point-to-point travel as per the itinerary. Extra usage will incur additional charges.
  • Read and agree to the terms and conditions on our website to avoid misunderstandings.
  • The itinerary is flexible depending on crowd conditions and temple schedules. Exact timings cannot be guaranteed.

Payment Policy

A) 25% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. All pending payments must be cleared before departure.
B) The advance amount is non-refundable, but it can be adjusted for a future trip if you inform us at least two weeks in advance.
C) For 3-star and above hotels, if confirmation is not provided, a full refund can be claimed, excluding temple pass charges.
D) Package pricing depends on the number of travelers. If a member cancels, revised rates will be applied and cannot be negotiated.
E) If the number of travelers is not confirmed, obtain multiple rate options in advance (e.g., 4 pax, 5 pax).
F) Any special conditions must be informed in writing before advance payment and will be fully catered to.

What's Exclude

  • Lunch: Lunch is excluded from this package. You can have your lunch at nearby places as per your convenience.

  • Boat Riding: Boat riding in the Saryu River (Ayodhya) and Ganga River (Varanasi) is excluded, as the cost varies depending on the time and type of boat.

  • Local Transport: Vehicles are not allowed in no-transportation zones near the temples. Any local transport used (e.g., E-Rickshaw, rickshaw) will be paid by the individual.

  • Wheelchair: Wheelchair and assistant charges are excluded.

  • Puja & Pandit Charges: Any type of puja or rudrabhishek can be arranged, but the charges are excluded.

  • Others: Anything not mentioned in the itinerary is excluded.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Ayodhya

On arrival at Maharishi Valmiki International Airport, our representative will greet you and take you to the hotel for check-in.  After checking in, freshen up, and if possible, take lunch before preparing yourself for the exploration tour of the place where Lord Ram was born.

1) Hotel Check-in: Get settled in at the hotel and prepare for the evening spent in the peaceful and spiritual ambience of Ayodhya.

2). Saryu: Attend the sacred "Saryu Aarti" held near "Lata Mangeshkar Chauraha" at "Naya Ghat." "aarti" starts from "5:00 PM," but this differs according to the season

3) Laser Show: Coming out of the aarti, witness the Laser Show at Ram Ki Paudi, where the story of Lord Ram is unveiled through lights and sound.

4) Lata Mangeshkar: It has the famous photo point with lovely lights, a majestic Veena, and the Surya Stambh. This symbolises the culture of the city of Ayodhya.

 

5) Dinner & Overnight Stay: Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
 

Important Note: If you arrive late in the night, sightseeing would be postponed to the next day so that you miss nothing.

Day 2: Sightseeing at Ayodhya

Morning (Temples):

Start early in the morning with a divine darshan at Shree Ram Janam Bhoomi. In addition, arrangements for Vip or Sugam Darshan passes can be made, subject to availability. After that, take a walk around some of the nearby iconic temples, which are pretty much within an easy walking distance from each other.

Shree Ram Janam Bhoomi: A great temple at the birth site of Lord Ram. Feel the spiritual essence at this sacred place.

Hanuman Garhi: – Approx. 80–100 steps lead to this temple, which is dedicated to Lord Hanuman, the protector of the city and its devotees. It is said that, during the time Lord Ram returned to Ayodhya after 14 years of Vanvas, Hanuman stayed here.

Kanak Bhawan: Marvel at the golden craftsmanship of this temple ahead of Shri Ram, Sita, Laxman and Lord Hanuman.

Dashrath Mahal: Showcasing the ancient palace of Lord Dashrath, the father of Shri Ram.

Afternoon:

Lunch will be at a local restaurant or hotel. Continue your spiritual journey in the afternoon with visits to other significant landmarks.

Guptar Ghat:
This peaceful ghât is on the Sarayu River. It’s believed to be the place where Lord Ram took "Jal Samadhi." Have a peaceful time on the bank of the river. Evening:

Saryu Aarti at Naya Ghat: It is an opportunity to see the Aarti ceremony, held on the banks of the Saryu River.

Ram Ki Paidi & Laser Show: Enjoy lit-up ghats and a breathtaking Laser Show presenting an epic story of Lord Ram
Lata Mangeshkar Chauraha: Click incredible pictures at this illuminated place with artistic lights, Surya Stambh, and the majestic Veena, which symbolizes the rich culture of Ayodhya.

Travel & Sightseeing Notes: Most temples and ghats can be covered in a day, and they can be reached with a quite short walk or drive. Wear modest clothes and carry some light snacks for a comfortable day visiting temples and ghats. For a more enriching experience, employ the services of a local guide, who will explain the spiritual and historical significance of each site.

 

Day 3 : Varanasi

Day 3: Varanasi Sightseeing and Sarnath 

 

:-  Begin your day early with a serene boat ride on the Ganges River to experience the mesmerizing sunrise and observe the morning rituals of pilgrims along the ghats.

Morning (Varanasi):- Visit the famous undermentioned temples of Varanasi for darshan in the morning.

1). Varanasi has a rich culinary culture; try local specialties like kachori-sabzi, malaiyyo (seasonal), thandai, and Banarasi paan.
2). Bargaining is expected in local markets (especially for Banarasi sarees, handicrafts, and souvenirs).
3). Crowds are common during aarti times and festivals, so plan extra time for movement and entry at major temples like Kashi Vishwanath.
4). Always take care of your belongings in crowded areas, especially ghats and temple premises. Pickpocketing can occur in busy lanes.
5). Carry only the required amount of cash while visiting temples and markets. Technology should be used if and when possible, and one’s valuables and cash should not be on display.
