General Travel Instructions
For a safe, comfortable, and well-organized journey under the Uttarakhand Tour Package from Delhi, all travelers are requested to follow the instructions given below carefully:
1) Please carry your original Aadhaar card or a valid ID while traveling.
2) Wear modest clothing in the temple and ashram premises (covering shoulders and knees). Avoid shorts, sleeveless tops, or revealing attire.
3) Exercise caution with your belongings, especially at ghats and crowded spots. We are not responsible for any loss or theft.
4) Keep a minimum of cash with you and prefer digital payment options wherever possible. Avoid carrying or displaying expensive items in public places.
5) Hotel check-in and check-out timings are fixed as per hotel policy. If early check-in or late check-out is required, please inform us in advance. Extra charges may apply
6) In our budget packages, meals will be provided according to the fixed menu decided by the hotel. Extra food items will incur additional costs.
7) Our team will always be ready to assist you, yet you may experience restrictions during hotel and vehicle services between 11 PM and 7 AM. Thank you for understanding.
8) Any issues with hotels or transport should be reported immediately to our team.
9) Extra travel apart from the planned itinerary will be charged separately. The vehicle can be utilized only for the planned itinerary.

11). The itinerary is flexible, but exact timings depend on site schedules and crowd conditions; visitors manage their own time during visits.
Payment Policy
A) To book your trip, pay 25% in advance. We’ll send details about the next payments in your final itinerary by email. All payments must be cleared before your departure date.
B) The advance amount is non-refundable, but it can be adjusted for a future trip if cancellation is informed at least two weeks before the tour start date.
C) For 3-star and above hotels, if confirmation isn’t received, a full refund is given excluding temple pass charges (with receipt).
D) Package price depends on group size; cancellation must be informed two weeks prior. Adjusted rates will apply without exceeding the previous total cost.
E) For uncertain group size, request separate quotes (e.g., for 2 pax, 3 pax).
F) If the group has any special conditions, they will be 100% catered to, but let us know in writing before you pay the deposit, and we’ll handle it.

Upon arrival at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport, a representative will greet you with a traditional welcome and escort you to a comfortable vehicle for the drive to Haridwar (approx. 5-6 hours, 220 km). After check-in at your hotel, freshen up, enjoy lunch if time permits, and prepare for your spiritual journey through the gateway to Uttarakhand's sacred sites.
