7. Support is available around the clock; however, vehicle and hotel services may be limited between 11 PM and 7 AM.

Payment Policy

• A 25% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be completed prior to departure. Payment schedule details will be shared via email.
•  Advances are non-refundable but can be credited toward future bookings if canceled at least two weeks before departure.
• For 3-star and above hotels, if accommodation confirmation is not received, you are eligible for a refund minus any non-refundable temple pass fees.
• Package prices depend on group size; notify us two weeks before departure of any cancellations for rate adjustments.
