Vehicles are provided as per the itinerary for point-to-point travel; extra travel beyond planned routes requires additional payment.

Payment Policy
A. A 25% advance is required to reserve your trip, with the balance due before departure. Payment schedule details will be sent in the final itinerary.
B. Advances are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future trip if cancellation is made at least two weeks before the scheduled journey.
C. For 3-star and above hotels, if hotel confirmation is not received, a full refund is available except for non-refundable temple pass charges (receipts provided).
D. Package prices depend on the group size; cancellations must be communicated two weeks in advance to adjust rates.
E. If unsure about group size, request quotes for different group numbers in advance.
F. Special group conditions are fully accommodatable if informed in writing before advance payment.
Accommodation: Double or triple sharing rooms in hotels as specified in your itinerary.
Meals: Daily breakfast and dinner are provided as per your itinerary.
Transport: Air-conditioned sedan or SUV for all transfers and sightseeing, as mentioned in your itinerary.
VIP Darshan Passes: VIP passes arranged for key temples like Mansa Devi Temple (Haridwar) and Neelkanth Mahadev Temple (Rishikesh), subject to availability.
Guide: Certified guides are provided at special spiritual and historic sites in Haridwar, Rishikesh, and Mussoorie as detailed in your itinerary.
Driver Allowance: Night allowances, meals, and accommodation for the driver are included.
All Toll & Road Tax: All toll, parking, and road taxes on the itinerary route are covered in the package.
Lunch: Lunch is not included in this package. You can have lunch at nearby restaurants or eateries as per your convenience.
Boat Riding: Boat rides on the Ganges River in Haridwar or Rishikesh are excluded because costs vary depending on the duration and type of boat chosen.
Local Transport: Vehicles are not allowed in no-vehicle zones near temples and ashrams. Any local transport used within these restricted areas (such as e-rickshaws, auto-rickshaws, or taxis) will be paid for individually by guests.
Wheelchair: Charges for wheelchair rental and assistants are excluded from the package.
Puja & Pandit Charges: Any type of puja, homa, or special ritual like rudrabhishek can be arranged, but associated charges are not included.
Others: Anything not specifically mentioned in the itinerary is excluded from the package.
Day 1: Lucknow Arrival and Dehradun or Haridwar Flight
Upon arrival at Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport, Lucknow, a representative will assist with your flight to Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun (approx. 1-1.5 hours direct with a distance of 464 km). On reaching, proceed to Haridwar (40-45 minutes, a distance of 39-40 km). After hotel check-in, freshen up and prepare for your spiritual journey.

Note: Latecomers reschedule on Day 2.
Day 2: Haridwar and Rishikesh Sightseeing
Morning (Haridwar Temples):
Start early with visits to the temple in Haridwar
Afternoon (Drive to Rishikesh, 1 hour):
After lunch, proceed to Rishikesh and start the sightseeing.
Evening:
Dinner and overnight in Rishikesh.
Note: Please wear decent clothing. You will be guided by a local guide.
Morning:
Take a boat ride on the Ganga Ghat, which gives you a beautiful view of the sunrise early in the morning.
