General Travel Instructions

1). Please carry your original Aadhaar card while traveling.

2). Wear modest and appropriate clothing in temple premises. Clothes should cover shoulders and knees; avoid shorts, sleeveless tops, or revealing attire.
3). Always take care of your belongings in crowded areas, especially ghats and temple premises. Pickpocketing can occur in busy lanes. The agency will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
4). Carry only the required amount of cash while visiting temples and markets. Use digital payments where possible and avoid displaying valuables or large amounts of money.

5). Hotel check-in and check-out times are fixed. Early check-in or late check-out must be informed in advance and will be charged extra as per hotel policy.

6). For budget-friendly and standard packages, meals are provided as a fixed menu and are not buffet-style. Ordering items outside the fixed menu will incur additional charges.

7). In case of any issues with the hotel or vehicle, our representative is available 24x7 for assistance. However, please note that between 23:00 hrs and 07:00 hrs, hotel services and vehicles are limited, so cooperation according to the situation is appreciated.

8). If any issue arises with the driver or hotel, please inform our team first for prompt resolution.

9). The vehicle is provided for point-to-point travel as per the itinerary. Any extra movement beyond the planned route will result in additional charges.

10). Please read, understand, and agree to our company's terms and conditions policy as detailed on our website to avoid any misunderstandings or disputes in the future.
11). The tour itinerary is flexible and will progress according to your own timing and pace spent at each temple or site. Due to crowd conditions and temple schedules, exact timings cannot be guaranteed, and no claims can be made for itinerary changes. Time management during the visit is your responsibility.

Payment Policy:-

A) 25% advance payment is required to book your trip. The due dates and times for subsequent installments will be communicated to you in your final itinerary via our official email. However, under any circumstances, all due payments must be cleared before the day of departure.

B) The advance amount you have paid is used for booking your hotel, vehicle, passes, etc., and is non-refundable. However, it can be carried forward for a future trip if you inform us at least two weeks before the start of your originally scheduled trip.

C) In the case of 3-star and above properties, if you are not informed about the confirmation of your hotel, you can claim a full refund except for the charges of passes issued for temples (receipts will be provided).

D) The package price is defined based on the number of members in the group traveling. If any member cancels the trip, you must inform the travel agency at least two weeks before your departure date, and new rates will be provided accordingly. These new rates will not exceed your previous total amount, but you will not have the power to negotiate them.

E) If you are not confirmed about the number of members traveling, please obtain different rates from us in advance (e.g., rates for 4 pax, 5 pax, etc.).

F) If the group has any special conditions, they will be 100% catered to, but they must be informed in writing prior to making the advance payment.

  • Lunch: Lunch is excluded from this package. You can have your lunch at nearby places as per your convenience.
  • Boat Riding: Boat riding in the Saryu River in Ayodhya and the Ganga River in Varanasi is excluded because the cost varies depending on the time and type of boat.
  • Local Transport: Vehicles are not allowed in no-transportation zones near the temples, so any local transport used (such as E-rickshaw or rickshaw) will be paid by the individual.
  • Wheelchair: Wheelchair and assistant charges are excluded. Puja & Pandit Charges: Any type of puja or rudrabhishek can be arranged, but the charges are excluded.
  • Others: Anything not mentioned in the itinerary is excluded

Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival Ayodhya

 Ayodhya Sightseeing: Begin your day early with a darshan of Shree Ram Janam Bhoomi (VIP passes or sugam darshan passes will be arranged subject to availability), followed by Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan, Dashrath Mahal, and so on.

Morning (Temples):- Visit the famous undermentioned temples of Ayodhya for darshan in the morning. These temples are located in nearby premises; by walking, you can visit all the temples.
1). Shree Ram janam bhoomi: Visit the grand temple dedicated to Shree Ram janam bhoomi, where Lord Ram was born.
2). Hanuman Garhi: Climb up 80 to 100 stairs to the temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman, believed to protect the city and its devotees. After completing 14 years of Vanavas, when Shri Ram came back to Ayodhya with Lord Hanuman, this is the place where he lived.
3). Kanak Bhawan: The golden-crafted temple of Shri Ram, Laxman, Sita, and Lord Hanuman.
4). Dashrath Mahal: The palace where the father of Shri Ram, Lord Dashrath, lived.

Afternoon: After lunch at a local restaurant or hotel, continue exploring the spiritual landmarks of Ayodhya.
1). Guptar Ghat: It is a religious ghat situated on the banks of the Sarayu River, which is believed to be where Lord Ram had taken Jal Samadhi. It is a place of religious significance for those who come here to have peace and enjoy the beauty of the riverbank.

Evening: - End your day by fully experiencing the spiritual environment of Ayodhya’s evening.
1) Saryu Aarti at Naya Ghat: Experience the divine evening aarti rituals performed by priests along with holy chants and lamps lighted at the Sarayu riverbanks.
2) Ram Ki Paidi & Laser Show: See the lighted ghats and watch the fascinating laser show describing the Ram story. Guptar Ghat:- It is a religious ghat situated on the banks of the Sarayu River, which is believed to be where Lord Ram had taken Jal Samadhi. It is a place of religious significance for those who come here to have peace and enjoy the beauty of the riverbank.

Travel & Sightseeing Notes:
1). Most temples and ghats in Ayodhya can be easily accessed either by car or on foot, so it is quite feasible to cover them throughout the day.
2). Recommended: Wear modest attire, as you would be spending a lot of time in temples and ghats. Also, you may want to carry some light eatables.
3). For a more in-depth experience, consider hiring a guide that can explain to you along the way the spiritual history of each point visited.

Day 2 : Prayagraj - Varanasi

Day 2: Ayodhya to Prayagraj to Varanasi: Start early from Ayodhya after having breakfast and head for a spiritual and scenic journey to reach Varanasi via Prayagraj.

Morning (Ayodhya to Prayagraj):- Drive from Ayodhya to Prayagraj

(approximately 4–5 hours, 170 km).

1) Triveni Sangam: Proceed for the holy junction of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers. The boating experience is optional to see the spiritual happenings on the river.
2) Allahabad Fort: Mughal fort with Ashoka Pillar and Patalpuri Temple.
3) Anand Bhavan: This one is a museum and was actually the residence of the Nehru-Gandhi family. This signifies the freedom movement in Indian society.

Afternoon (Prayagraj to
 Varanasi)
1.) After lunch, leave Prayagraj and move to Varanasi (approximately 130 km, 2 to 3 hours).

Evening (Varanasi)
1) On Arrival: On arriving at Varanasi, you have to check in at the hotel. Freshen up.
2) Dinner & Overnight Stay: Dinner at the hotel or some other restaurant of choice within the town, and overnight stay at the hotel.

Travel & Sightseeing Notes:
1) This allows you much time in the morning to relax and visit the major attractions in Prayagraj before driving out to Varanasi.
2). Travel distance Prayagraj → Varanasi: approx. 2–3 hours (130 km), consider breaks for refreshment during the journey.
3) In the evenings, it is possible to roam about in the Ghats and streets of the old city of Varanasi either on foot or in rickshaws.
4) If possible, try to reach Varanasi in time to experience Ganga Aarti in the evening.

Day 3 : Varanasi

Day 3 Varanasi Sightseeing & Sarnath: Start the day with a peaceful Ganges River cruise, soaking in the experience of the sunrise, which is nothing less than mesmerizing.
 

Morning (Varanasi):- Visit the famous undermentioned temples of Varanasi for darshan in the morning.
1). Kashi Vishwanath Temple: One of the Jyotirlinga dedicated to Lord Shiva.
2). Durga Temple: One of the most famous temples in Varanasi, and it is also known as the Monkey Temple because of a large number of monkeys inhabiting its walls; it houses a shrine dedicated to the goddess Durga.
3). Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple: Dedicated to Lord Hanuman, known to fulfill the wishes of the devotees.

Afternoon (Sarnath):- Drive to Sarnath, the city of Buddhism, an important pilgrimage site. Visit the following:
1). Dhamek Stupa: An impressive ancient stupa marking the spot of Buddha’s first sermon.
2). Sarnath Museum: Exhibits artifacts and relics related to Buddhist history.
3). Ancient Ruins: A tour to the archaeological remnants of monasteries and stupas.
Return to Varanasi after the excursion.

Evening (Varanasi):- Spend the evening visiting Dashashwamedh Ghat to witness the Ganga Aarti. 
1). Ganga Aarti: In the evening, see the energetic spiritual Aarti from the boat.
2). Local Market: After all, at last visit the local market of Varanasi, which is very famous for Banarasi sarees.
Return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

1). Varanasi has a rich culinary culture; try local specialties like kachori-sabzi, malaiyyo (seasonal), thandai, and Banarasi paan.
2). Bargaining is expected in local markets (especially for Banarasi sarees, handicrafts, and souvenirs).
3). Crowds are common during aarti times and festivals, so plan extra time for movement and entry at major temples like Kashi Vishwanath.
4). Always take care of your belongings in crowded areas, especially ghats and temple premises. Pickpocketing can happen along busy lanes.

Day 4 : Varanasi - Bodhgaya

Day 4:- Varanasi to Gaya: Sightseeing: Start your day by leaving early from Varanasi to Gaya. Then cover all the religious and historical places of Gaya and BodhGaya, and stay the night.

Morning (Varanasi to Gaya Travel + Sightseeing): - Early Departure After breakfast, check out from your Varanasi hotel and drive to Gaya (approx. 6–7 hours, 270 km).

 

1) Vishnupad Temple (Gaya): Visit the sacred Vishnupad Temple on the banks of the Phalgu River, believed to bear Lord Vishnu’s footprint. It is one of the most significant sites for performing Pind Daan rituals.
2) Phalgu River Ghats: Witness the rituals performed on the ghats of the holy Phalgu River, associated with Lord Rama and Devi Sita.

 

Afternoon (Bodhgaya Sightseeing):-
1) Mahabodhi Temple: Explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site where Lord Buddha attained enlightenment under the Bodhi Tree.
2) Bodhi Tree: Spend time near the Bodhi Tree, a very holy place for Buddhist pilgrims around the globe.
3) Great Buddha Statue: Pay a visit to the magnificent statue of Lord Buddha standing at a height of 80 feet.
4) International Monasteries: A visit to international monasteries, built by Thailand, Japan, and Bhutan, representing different architectural and belief systems, beholds a peaceful ambiance.

 

Evening: - Night stay at Gaya/Bodhgaya.
1) Local Market Visit: If time permits, stroll through the local markets to explore handicrafts and spiritual souvenirs.

2) Dinner & Overnight Stay: Have dinner at your hotel in Bodhgaya/Gaya and then stay overnight.

2) To maximize your day, you should leave early in the morning from Varanasi.
3) Gaya is famous for Hindu rituals (Pind Daan), while Bodhgaya has importance for Buddhism. This enables a spiritually diversified experience throughout the day.
4) A night stay is suggested at Bodh Gaya to reach the tour sites easily, along with a peaceful ambience.
