This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for services booked through Serinity Soul Solutions Pvt Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) via our website www.serinitysoul.com (“Website”). By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing (via email or contact form). Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation:

  • 7 days or more before travel date: 80% refund (20% retained as service fee)
  • 3 to 6 days before travel date: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days before travel date: No refund
Please note that refund percentages may vary for certain special or custom packages, which will be communicated during booking.

2. Cancellation by Us

In rare circumstances where we must cancel a tour or service due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., natural calamities, government restrictions, operational issues), you will be entitled to a full refund or an option to reschedule the service at no extra cost.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Some bookings, including but not limited to promotional offers, flash sales, and peak-season packages, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly marked as such at the time of booking.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. Timeframes may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
