- Less than 3 days before travel date: No refund

In rare circumstances where we must cancel a tour or service due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., natural calamities, government restrictions, operational issues), you will be entitled to a full refund or an option to reschedule the service at no extra cost.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Some bookings, including but not limited to promotional offers, flash sales, and peak-season packages, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly marked as such at the time of booking.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. Timeframes may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
